151kg tea bag unveiled in Australia

A 151kg tea bag has been unveiled in Australia. 

The huge creation, which is thought to be the biggest of its kind in the world, has been paraded by the Planet Organic food company to raise money for cancer awareness, and the product is so big it could make approximately 100,000 cups of tea. 

However, it looks unlikely to actually be used for making tea because store bosses haven't found a big enough mug. 

Marketing Manager Brian Condon told ABC.net: 'I came across the fact that there was the world's largest tea bag and thought we could beat it.

'The tea bag itself is a pyramid tea bag that contains 151kg of organic green tea.

'It would make about 100,000 cups of tea, but we don't have a cup big enough to make one big cup.

'We may look at making the biggest cup of tea next year.'
